Just because the yogis went into the mountains to meditate does not mean you have to, too. One can meditate anywhere and at any time. You only require one thing, the desire.

Meditation is yoga for the mind, just as there is yoga of the body.

All that we go through only happens to raise our vibrations. If we learn, we are raising it, the more we fight it, the lesser we learn, the more upset and unhappy we are.

Do not believe that you will get punished for the things you do. Just be honest to yourself and the people you love.

Everything originates first in the mind and all things are born there primarily. After the thought has occurred, manifestation happens.
